Bontrager Race XXX Lite Off-Road Wheelset

The $2,000 off-road race wheelset is here - it's the Bontrager Race XXX Lite wheels, one of the newest additions to Trek's new Top Fuel 9.9 SSL mountain bike. They feature carbon hoops - in either 26" or 29" - and are made using Bontrager's High Compression Molded process, which creates uniform thickness throughout the rim.

The Race XXX Lite wheelset is capable of running tubeless tires, but they are best set up with Bontrager's Tubeless Ready system. A pair of these high-end wheels weighs in at just 1,450 grams in the 26" sizing.
