They have been very impressed with the workout They can get, and in the beginning They can even say that my legs felt a little sore the next day, so They know it is helping to make me stronger. At the end it was down to the fluid2 and the Kurt Kinetic and They think they're both great products. Cycle ops replaced the resistance unit. They can spin or crank on this thing and it always seems able to kick my butt.
