Continental Grand Prix 3000 Tire |
More product description:
They must have had this batch made at a Firestone plant. They have ridden regular Conti GP 650x20 for a long time - The GP 3000 series is stickier but doesn't wear nearly as long and is much more prone to cuts and punctures. The successor to the popular Grand Prix 3000, this incredible tire features a new compound that is grippier, faster and more resilient than ever!. again, nothing like regular GPs. The ride is good and They feel confident they will grip when need be, rain. Maximum tire size is limited by the amount of clearance for the tire within the frame, and the the width of the rim, a very wide tire mounted to a narrow rim will not be very stable and may cause unpredictable handling as the tire rolls over in turns. Width- Minimum width is limited by the width of the rim, a tire that is too small increases the risk of rim damage when striking an obstacle, or the tire not seating properly and being prone to flats. My rear tire was flatspotting within a few hundred miles which hasn't ever happened to me.
